Nice site. Would stay again if we're in the Western Lakes.
Peaceful, well maintained site in the countryside with good access to Wasdale, Wastwater and the Western Lakes.
Showers are hot and powerful enough.
The Bridge Inn is nicer on the inside than it looks outside and the nearby tea rooms are very nice.
For info, EE mobile phone reception is good, but O2 is a bit patchy.

Best UK site
Fantastic site. One of the best I’ve stayed at. Pitches were a great size and private. Right on the river with loads of walks straight from the site. Shirt drive to some great locations.
The lady who checked me in was so helpfully and came round throughout my stay to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything they could do.
